I just read "Running Lean" - by Ash Maurya. Founders: read it! If you are spending more than 20 minutes on your initial business model canvas, you are doing it wrong.
My experience is that as an inventor of an idea, or a Founder of a company, what is really the hardest to do is to prioritize your own time and focus. Products? Customers? Team? Business model? Finance? Do you work on what you love, or what is needed to get you to the next milestone?
My first post I will dedicate to Roald Amundsen - probably the first Norwegian superstar! The first man to the South pole is in Jim Collins and Morten Hansen’s book "Great by Choice" made the core example of what the whole book is all about. After reading this book 3 times, I of course had to read "The Race to the South Pole" to understand this story better.
